Russo better than Nolan

Lastly, I must vigorously disagree with Vivier's rationale for choosing Gary Nolan from among the various Libertarian candidates. While I agree a president ought to "defend this country against foreign attack without abusing his powers," I must say any president in support of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, as they currently stand, is doing quite the opposite. The powers of war and peace rest with congress and congress alone. War by presidential decree is a perversion of the American constitution and could not be tolerated by a libertarian America, wherein each and every citizen is equal and free in all matters. Furthermore, an undeclared preemptive war is nothing more than an unconstitutional war by another name, and cannot be passed off as a defensive action. I therefore, propose Aaron Russo as the better alternative to Gary Nolan. He is strongly opposed to foreign intervention, is articulate, if radical and consistent on his issues almost to a fault. Much of his campaign and his goals as a politician can be summed up in his ringing question: "Do you want a government that is your master or your servant?"
