Sometimes, the worlds of country and pop music seem to be on two different planets. Pop culture artists wear their skinny jeans and designer tops and sing to millions of teenagers who have been preparing their outfits all day. Country artists, on the other hand, are known for going for the T-shirt and cowboy hat look and sing to millions of fans, of all ages, who have been tailgating in the arena parking lot all day. Although the genres are completely different, there are a few artists who are able to merge the two worlds with their music. Rascal Flatts has done it before and have done it again with their new album, "Still Feels Good."

Along with topping the Country charts, Rascal Flatts' last three albums have all reached the top five on the U.S. Billboard Charts, and the last two have reached No. 1. "Still Feels Good," which was released Tuesday, has already reached No. 1 on both the Billboard and Country Charts and is sure to surpass the success of the albums that came before it.

The success of the new album is largely due to the powerful vocals that lead singer, Gary LeVox, gives to the songs. The emotion-evoking lyrics that he belts out in every song could make any track a No. 1 single. The album includes many of the band's signature love ballads such as "She Goes All The Way," featuring Jamie Foxx. The track gives the song an edge to separate it from their previous love songs and the sound of LeVox and Foxx together combines for a perfect collaboration. The CD also has the emotionally captivating songs the group is so well known for, including "Help Me Remember", which uses lyrics such as, "There's too much hurt | Too much to forgive | Oh, but we both know | We weren't always like this | Help me remember," that captivate the heart wrenching emotions that occur in the end of a relationship.

In a change from the slower tempo songs, there are also a few uplifting, fun tracks, that are reminiscent of songs such as "Me and My Gang" from previous albums. "Bob That Head," is an entertaining track about letting loose on a Friday night.

And as all Rascal fans know, the album would not be complete without a tear-jerking ballad. The song "It's Not Supposed To Go Like That," tells a tale of two boys and their lives that ended too short. The album is sure to surpass the expectations of fans and wow new listeners. With their tour ending this November, there will most likely not be much down time for LeVox and guitarists Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney. The success of "Still Feels Good," and the demand to hear it live, will definitely have the trio back on the road in no time.
