Anatomy Of A Snowman

Frosty's Face:
"With a corncob pipe and a button nose / and two eyes made out of coal."
The classic song refers to Frosty's "two eyes made out of coal," but for those who don't have coal lying around their homes year-round, buttons, pebbles, drops of food coloring or round, colorful candies such as jelly beans or jawbreakers will always suffice.
For Frosty's nose, a carrot is the traditional substitutes for the buttons mentioned in the song. Other alternatives include Halloween costume noses and food including pretzel rods and celery sticks.
Frosty doesn't really need to smoke a pipe, corncob or otherwise, unless he wants his pristine, snow white lungs to turn black. For a Frosty smile, articleWorld.com suggests licorice whips such as red Twizzlers. Also, the same kinds of items used to make Frosty's eyes and buttons can give the snowman as big a smile as its creator.
Frosty's Arms:
A snowman's arms are traditionally made from long, fallen branches with lots of twigs on them that could resemble fingers. Make sure to find strong, thick branches that won't blow away in a strong gust of wind, but try to keep them light enough to not bring down the snowman. It's a delicate balance.
The "Frosty the Snowman" song mentions that Frosty went "down to the village / with a broomstick in his hand." While your parents might not let you keep the broom outside for a few days, it's worth a shot to ask. Other things Frosty could hold include shovels and baseball bats - anything lying around.
