Picking It From A Hat

The NCAA Tournament is underway and I decided to conduct the same experiment I did for last year's tournament - pick the results out of a hat.
That's right, it's time to throw 64 little pieces of paper into a hat and see who comes out on top. This didn't work out well last year, as my Final Four was Oregon, Villanova, Michigan State and - this is no joke - Central Connecticut State University. Let's hope I get some better results this time around.
East
If there's an upset to be had in this bracket, I got it covered. Why? Because somehow, someway every lower seed was picked to win in the first round!
I promise you, I'm not making this up. I don't know what the odds of that happening are, but it did. Unreal.
It all started with American being the first chosen from the hat and it was downhill from there. Let me just cut to the chase with this region and tell you the regional final. Before I tell you, here's a hint: What are the two biggest Cinderella stories of all-time?
Give up? I have George Mason verse Boise State as the East Regional final, according to my hat. That would be the 12-seed playing the 14-seed. And as luck would have it George Mason pulls the trick again and reaches the Final Four. Disgusting.
Midwest
I figured it couldn't get worse from there - I was wrong.
The first team out of the hat for the Midwest was 13th-seed Siena, but then my next pick was Georgetown.
Finally! A favorite! And the Hoyas are a two-seed, so things are turning around. Eventually I even pull Kansas and Clemson, so the high seeds are starting to be picked.
Kansas and Georgetown are in the Sweet 16 so that is good. But does the hat pick them to win? Of course not. The Midwest final is Siena verse Cal-State Fullerton with Siena winning.
South
The ridiculousness continues, as 15-seed Austin Peay is picked to upset two-seed Texas. This region also had UT-Arlington upsetting No. 1 Memphis.
