11. Indiana Pacers - Russell Westbrook, PG, UCLA

Jamaal Tinsley has certainly worn out his welcome in Indiana. Westbrook might not be ready to start now, but he is a nice value here and a possible long-term solution at point guard.

12. Sacramento Kings - Kevin Love, PF, UCLA

Love's range, toughness, and ability to pass from the post could bring back memories of a young Chris Webber.

13. Portland Trailblazers - Ty Lawson, PG, North Carolina

You know the saying "you can never have enough big guys?" Well, Portland can never have enough guys with a DUI on their record.

14. Golden State Warriors - Donte Greene, SF, Syracuse

Greene's personal preference of launching 3-pointers and not playing a lick of defense really intrigues Don Nelson.

15. Phoenix Suns - DeAndre Jordan, PF, Texas A&M

If Jordan develops into the player that some envision he will be, he and Amare Stoudemire will absolutely terrorize the league. Probably won't fall here because of his upside, but if he does, it's a tremendous pick.

16. Philadelphia 76ers - Darrell Arthur, PF, Kansas

This exemplifies just how deep this draft is. Arthur is a Top-10 talent who will likely land with a playoff team.

17. Toronto Raptors - Chase Budinger, SG, Arizona

Still deciding on whether to stay in the draft or leave, Budinger could benefit from returning to school because next year's draft is not as deep as this one.

18. Washington Wizards - Kosta Kofous, C, Ohio State

Kofous is everything that Brendan Haywood is not - he's good.

19. Cleveland Cavaliers - Mareese Speights, PF, Florida

He has to be better than Anderson Varejao, right? Cavs fans can only hope so.

20. Denver Nuggets - JaVale McGee, C, Nevada

McGee is a virtual unknown. His stock will depend largely on his individual workouts, but his 7-foot-6 wingspan can't hurt.

21. New Jersey Nets - Nicolas Batum, SG, France

2001 Draft, not 2000 Draft. 2000 was Kenyon Martin and Stromile Swift and Darius Miles.

Name one guy on the current Blazer's roster that has any infraction with the law.
