The legendary Hugh Hefner has some serious girl trouble on his hands.
The 82-year-old magazine mogul and owner of the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles faces a whirlwind of gossip amongst speculation that all three of his live-in girlfriends are breaking house rules.
The first round of rumors picked up after Holly Madison, Hefner's 28-year-old No. 1 girlfriend, was spotted getting cozy with illusionist Criss Angel in Las Vegas, according to the New York Post.
Madison's loyalty was confirmed during an interview with E! Online, in which Hefner said, "Holly shares my bed on a nightly basis." As for the supposed relationship with Angel, Hefner said he hopes that if Madison were to leave him, "she'll have better taste."
The New York Post also reports that Kendra Wilkinson, Hefner's 23-year-old girlfriend, is dating football player Hank Baskett.
As if Hefner's woes weren't bad enough, the New York Post said that his last reliable lover, 35-year-old Bridget Marquardt, is also relinquishing her position as a Hefner girlfriend. The New York Post said she's been "hanging out" with Nick Carpenter, a writer and producer.
In the E! Online interview, Hefner blamed their reality show, "The Girls Next Door," for the abundance of rumors. He asserted that he is still with Madison, Marquardt and Wilkinson.
However, the girls have never been shy about the shortcomings of their relationships with Hefner. Madison, especially, has been open about her desire to marry Hefner and have children.
According to an article in Us magazine last February, Madison said she has been trying to have a baby with Hefner. The father of Playboy, who is still married to former bunny Kimberly Conrad, said he has no such plans to procreate or marry again, according to Page Six.
No matter what happens, the girls are set in terms of their careers, particularly Marquardt, who will host a new show on the Travel Channel called "Bridget's Beaches," according to the San Diego Union Tribune. Marquardt, who said on the show that she has a Masters degree in business, told E! Online that she is in "career mode."
Although his mansion may be a little emptier in the near future, Hefner maintains that the girls will undoubtedly face a "transition" as they get older, Page Six said. He said there will be no hard feelings when Madison, Marquardt and Wilkinson move on to other men.

Disgusted

Nobody seems to notice the disgusting nature of the relationship between this married man and these women. On the other hand, having multiple wives is sanctioned in many religions, including authentic Judaism and Christianity as well as Islam, gets an unfair rap and are ironically outlawed in this country! How the marriage contract that gives women the respected status of a wife, and protect her long term investment in the relationship, be outlawed, while a disgusting relationship that treats a woman as a disposable piece of flesh be tolerated? Is there any sanity in this country?!
