It with a giant yellow igloo and a tour bus of Trojan condoms and ended with Julian McCullough, Jordan Carlos and Steve Byrne, all performers on the Trojan Condom Evolve Campus Comedy Tour.

There was not a silent member in the audience. The three major comedians headlined the Trojan Condom Evolve Campus Comedy tour as a free event cosponsored by SUBOG. The show is designed to entertain as well as promote awareness about various sexual crisis facing the nation such as unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

The act began with the moderator, Carlos, giving out the introductions in an open mic style setup.

He took some shots at Facebook users asking "How many ninja werewolf points do you have?" as well as a few "Superpoke" jokes. Carlos then introduced McCullough.

McCullough was up first to a good reception by the crowd. "You put a husky on everything! Do you have trouble remembering where you are? Do you just wake up and go, where am I? Oh, I'm at UConn."

He never once missed a beat or opportunity to slip in an unscheduled joke into the monologue. While touching up upon the big four - sex, drugs, alcohol and video games, he took a different route giving a few choice words about Michael Phelps.

"He has a perfect body with a Down syndrome shaped head. He tried to eat the Olympic gold medal until they told him it wasn't gold wrapping over chocolate," McCullough said.

He approached comedy with a laid back meandering style that got as many laughs as the actual jokes themselves, ending with the advice of never sleeping with a drunken woman even if she has good pickup lines.

After the show he said, "I am absolutely jealous that I didn't go here. I went to Rutgers. This is the nicest Student Union I have seen. This is like the Willy Wonka factory of student unions."

Carlos was brought back out for a brief time to introduce Byrne.

"I've been here 14 hours and it is absolutely worth it to see everyone enjoying themselves so much," said Brian Manotok, a 7th-semester sociology major.

Byrne came on with the most interactive act and a boy band scheme that involved members of the audience doing Justin Timberlake-like moves on stage to "Love in this Club" by Usher featuring Young Jeezy.

He gleefully ripped into Mark Wahlberg as well as a student that confessed to having a summer job as the Bridgeport Bluefish baseball mascot for the minor league Bridgeport Bluefish. The act ended with a dance that literally had the crowd doing the wave from laughter.

"We weren't going to come but Steve (Bryne) saw us and yelled at us to come while we were walking. It was fun. I had a great time. I'm glad we came," said Mandy Keith, a 1st-semester Aces major.

The three stayed afterward in a melee of signing autographs, including such odd items as a condom package and the bottle of an energy drink.

"Steve Bryne signed my Bawls (Guarana)," said Francis Obst, a 1st-semester engineering major. "It was a good show and a fun time."
