Charles Pollak, 20, of Wilton, was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on North Eagleville Road and charged with third degree burglary and third degree criminal mischief. According to police, Pollak was found to have unlawfully entered a university building and caused minor vandalism to the bathroom within the building. He was given a Feb. 17 court date and released after posting a $2,500 bond.
Jeffrey Miller, 19, of Storrs, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. at Busby Suites and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Officers responded to Busby Suites for the smell of burnt marijuana coming from the third floor. After a brief investigation, it was determined that Miller was in possession of a marijuana grinder and home made marijuana smoking pipe, both of which contained marijuana residue. Miller was given a Feb. 17 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.
Benjamin Nadler, 20, of West Hartford, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. at Busby Suites and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounce of marijuana. Officers responded to Busby Suites for the smell of burn marijuana coming from the third floor. After a brief investigation, it was determined that Nadler was in possession of 19 grams of marijuana, rolling papers and a glass marijuana smoking pipe. He was given a Feb. 17 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.
Michael Haeflich, 19, of West Hartford, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. at Busby Suites and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Officers responded to Busby Suites for the smell of burn marijuana coming from the third floor. After a brief investigation, it was determined that Haeflich was in possession of 56.7 grams of marijuana, rolling papers, a marijuana grinder, sandwich baggies with marijuana residue inside and a glass marijuana smoking pipe. He was given a Feb. 17 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.

well first of all let's not jump to conclusion, the first kid was not actually driving. He probably was aware that he couldnt drive so thats why he pulled over, which is much better than what most people do anyway. (Continued…)
