Another weekend, another slew of great match ups. While it's impossible to go see every game, here are some can't-miss UConn games for you to follow.
The one you should attend:
Women's Basketball: No. 17 Pittsburgh vs. No. 1 UConn, Sunday 3:30 p.m. at Gampel Pavilion
The Huskies are 24-0, 10-0 in the Big East. They've taken down ranked opponents such as No. 2 Oklahoma, No. 8 North Carolina and No. 10 Louisville. Now the Panthers come to Storrs to get their shot at the No. 1 team in the country.
Maya Moore is averaging 19.9 points per game and if she can bring that number to 20, she'll be one of three players in UConn history to average over 20 points per game for an entire season.
The one you should follow up on:
Men's Basketball: No. 1 UConn at Seton Hall Saturday 12 p.m. on MyTV9
After the Huskies beat Syracuse on Wednesday, coach Jim Calhoun said the one thing he hates are Saturday games at noon.
Seton Hall comes into the game with a five-game winning streak, while the Huskies boast a 12-game winning streak.
The one you should attend:
Women's Hockey: No. 9 UConn at Maine, Saturday, Sunday 2 p.m.
The Huskies have dropped two straight in-conference games, both to Boston University. With only four Hockey East games left, UConn heads to Maine for a two-game series that could impact on the Huskies' playoff picture.
