Jonathan Judd, 18, of Farmington, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on Route 195 and charged with possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Officers stopped a vehicle in which Judd was a passenger. After a brief investigation, Judd was found to be in possession of 1.9 grams of marijuana. He was given a Feb. 24 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.



David Johnson, 18, of Bristol, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Hillside Road and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace. Johnson was identified as being a participant in a physical confrontation. He was given a Feb. 24 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.

Gregory Parker, 19, of West Harwich, Mass., was arrested at 11:58 a.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with sixth degree larceny. Parker was observed by staff at the Co-op changing the price tag for an item. He then purchased that item with the wrong price tag and left the store. He was given a Feb. 24 court date and released on a promise to appear.



James Toftus, 22, of Tolland, was arrested on Glenbrook Road and charged with failure to grant right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and driving while under the influence. According to police, Loftus was the operator of a motor vehicle which was stopped after officers observed the vehicle fail to yield to pedestrians at a crosswalk on Hillside Road. Officers suspected Loftus of being intoxicated and subjected him to a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was given a Feb. 23 court date. Bond was set at $500.

Adam Henrie, 18, of Williamantic, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. Officers were called to investigate a shoplifting complaint at the Co-op. After a brief investigation, police determined that Henrie had conspired with another person to steal a set of headphones from the store. He was given a Feb. 24 court date. Bond was set at $500.
