The first comedian to take the stage was Will Whalen, whose act covered his unfortunate experiences with intimacy - probably stemming from his habit of syncing sports commentary with sex, or spouting out commercial tag lines at the bar scene.
Scott Colleran was next, pondering with the audience about the appearance of spiders in the shower - while you are still in it: "When it's gone, it could be anywhere. When you're naked and it's gone, it could be anywhere."
Mike Manos charmed the audience with jokes regarding Chris Brown, lumberjacks and the iPhone shuffle ("No display, and calls someone at random").
Drew Bligh "gave it the ol' college try" and won over the audience, talking about his love of food - except pork rinds - and how it's good being lazy. He griped about the inaccuracy of the weather and the strange looks he receives at the bank when fiddling with his iPod (in his back pocket).
Taking a stab at the problems with bringing a potential date to his room in Busby Suites, Evan Lawrence complained that, between him and his suite mates, there was "more sausage than Hebrew National." Lawrence also addressed the paradox of Trojan's condom ad campaign ("EVOLVE"), and proposed his own in its stead.
Paul Valentine mimicked the brainwashing techniques of Abercrombie & Fitch and the reason for his infrequent dentist visits - hygienist rudeness. Valentine also took a stand for Michael Phelps in lieu of his recent crime - "Give him Doritos, Cheetos, Frito Lay - a sponsor for potheads!"

Hey-
I was a part of the comedy competition, and I was not mentioned. Sorry if that sounds a little selfish, but seeing that everyone else made it in there, I think it would have been fair if I was mentioned too. (Continued…)
