The Storrs Side: UConn games you should check out

While it's impossible to go see every game, here are some can't miss UConn games for you to follow.



The ones you should attend:

Women's Basketball: No. 24 Notre Dame vs. No. 1 UConn, Sunday 2 p.m. at XL Center on ESPNU

Four games remain in the Huskies' regular season, and Sunday's game against Notre Dame is the last ranked team the Huskies will face this year.

UConn goes into Sunday with a 33-point average margin of victory per game, while Notre Dame has an 11-point average margin of victory.

Maya Moore continues to lead the Huskies, averaging 19.7 points, 9.3 rebounds, two steals and 1.5 blocks per game in 26 games this season. Right behind Moore is Renee Montgomery who averages 16.3 points and 5.4 assists a game. Last Sunday, Montgomery became the first active player to be inducted into the Huskies of Honor.



Men's Basketball: South Florida vs. No. 1 UConn, Saturday 2 p.m. at XL Center on MyTV9

Saturday will be the Huskies' first game since losing to Pittsburgh on Monday.

South Florida comes into the match up having lost eight of their last 10 games, and currently sits in 14th place in the Big East with an in-conference record of 3-10. Dominique Jones leads the Bulls with 18 points, five rebounds and four assists per game.



Lacrosse: Vermont vs. UConn, Sunday 1 p.m. at George J. Sherman Family Sports Complex

First-year coach Angela McMahon has spent the off-season trying to make last year's 1-16 team into a Big East contender.
