Dieter Tejada, 18, of Norwalk, was arrested at 2 p.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with sixth degree larceny. Loss prevention agents observed, using their video surveillance system, a man remove the tags from a backpack, place a T-shirt in the backpack and then leave the store without paying for the items. When officers arrived, it was determined that Tejada had stolen $15.98 worth of Co-op property. He was given a March 3 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.

Beau Brunelli, 18, of Greenwich, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. on North Eagleville Road and charged with second degree breach of peace. An officer on patrol observed two males in a physical altercation in the roadway by College Square. After a brief investigation, Brunelli was found to be involved in the altercation. He was given a March 3 court date and released on a written promise to appear.
Tavi Dressler, 18, of West Hartford, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. on North Eagleville Road and charged with second degree breach of peace. Thien Nguyen, 19, of Vernon, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. at Ted's Package Store and charged with first degree criminal trespass. Officers were investigating a case where minors were found to be in possession of alcohol at a local liquor store. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that there was an active letter of expulsion in effect for Nguyen, who was then removed from UConn property. He was given a March 3 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.
Danielle Means, 24, of Bridgeport, was arrested at 5:33 a.m. by the Bridgeport Police Department and charged with second degree failure to appear. Means was arrested in Bridgeport on an active arrest warrant issued for failure to appear at Rockville Superior Court on March 15, 2005. The warrant stems from an incident on Jan. 5, 2005, in which Means was arrested on several criminal impersonation and larceny charges. She was given a March 3 court date and released after posting a $5,000 bond.
