Madonna is traveling the world again, but this time it's more about business and less about pleasure. The queen of pop landed in the sub-saharan African country, Malawi on Sunday. She was accompanied by her two sons Rocco, 8, and David, 3 and daughter Lourdes, 12.

Madonna has purchased a massive plot of land to build an all girls' school, which will be "modeled on the Leadership Academy for Girls that Oprah Winfrey built in South Africa," according to People.

"Although the village chief thanked the singer for her 'generosity,' some residents were less enthusiastic amid fears that they would lose their ancestral lands and crop fields," according to the magazine.

The star will also appear in court early Monday morning to continue the process of her second adoption. Records show that she plans to adopt a 3-year-old girl named Mercy James. James' single mother died at age 18.

Fergie also loves the family life, she told the magazine after her January wedding to Josh Duhamel in Malibu.

"Now that the wedding is over, we are so chill and comfortable together - the feeling I have about Josh is like coming home," she said. "There is that small and intimate feeling I have all of the time that tells me things are so right! It was wonderful to share our special day with families and friends. But now we can be casual and happy and move ahead."

And then there are stars like Kendra Wilkinson, most famous for her former status as one of Hugh Hefner's three main squeezes on the hit TV show, "Girls Next Door." Wilkinson is looking forward to tying the knot with football star and fiancé Hank Bassett on June 27 of this year.

"We're ready just to get married and ready for our lives together," Wilkinson said. "I'm just really excited to be his wifey and he's excited to be my hubby - that's just the way it is."

The couple will hold their wedding celebration at the famed Playboy Mansion, Wilkinson says she wouldn't have it any other way.

"There are a lot of things that are exciting - the destination of the Playboy Mansion, and having Hef be there, and all the people who love me," Wilkinson said.
