Game of the week: No. 3 Villanova 78, No. 1 Pittsburgh 76 (Saturday) - Villanova took every last second to do it, but the Wildcats became the first team to knock off a No. 1 seed in this year's NCAA Tournament thanks to Scottie Reynolds' last-second five-foot jumper, which came after Pittsburgh had tied the game up with five seconds left with two free throws. The wild game - easily the most dramatic of the tournament - featured 15 lead changes, including six over the final six minutes of the game.
Key performance: Scottie Reynolds beats buzzer against Pitt (Saturday) - Reynolds had 15 points against Pittsburgh in the Elite Eight, but none were more important than his final two. The basket pushed Villanova to the 78-76 win and its first Final Four since 1985, when they won the whole thing as a No. 8 seed.
Big letdown: NCAA Tournament blowouts abound (Thursday through Sunday) - Only four of the 12 games in the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds of the NCAA Tournament finished within single digits. Here's hoping for a more exciting Final Four to come.
Wish we were there: TD Banknorth Garden, Boston (NCAA Tournament, Thursday and Saturday) - Pittsburgh was involved in two of the more exciting games this year's tournament has had to offer. Thursday night against Xavier, Pittsburgh's Levance Fields provided the heroics, knocking down a 3-pointer to put give the Panthers the lead for good. Saturday, Pittsburgh got a dose of its own medicine when Reynolds knocked them out at the buzzer.
Number of the Week: 1 - The number of Final Four teams that President Obama picked correctly in his bracket - North Carolina.
